These terms are a product draft, not final legal advice. They must be reviewed before payments or user accounts are enabled.
Service scope
GeniusProject publishes reviewed concepts and sells completed projects with the inclusions stated on each project page. Each ready project is offered to one buyer and permanently removed from checkout after verified payment.
Academic responsibility
Students remain responsible for understanding their work, following university rules, and making accurate statements about authorship and contribution. The service does not guarantee grades or academic acceptance.
Buyer information
The buyer is responsible for checking the name, university, programme, academic year, email, and GitHub username before payment. These details control repository access and the certification sheet. Buyer and institution details are private and are not added to public project or sold-status pages.
Payment and availability
A project is not sold until Dodo confirms payment. A temporary checkout reservation may expire after unsuccessful or abandoned payment. Verified payment permanently marks the project unavailable.
